COUPLING ARRAY
3/4" and 1" Trans-Sample Valves ready for export to Elsewedy Electric (formally CV Pauwels) - a long standing customer. Installed by default on new Transformers and OLTC.
COMPLETE KIT
Each coupling kit comes with the Coupling (1/2" to 1 1/2" standard), Male fitting with barb (now stainless steel) and sign to warn users that this is a custom built fitting.

During assembly, each individual component is tested and checked for QA. Our bespoke flanges laser cut on the Gold Coast, the non-return valves sourced in Brisbane -keeping it local whenever possible

BESPOKE APPLICATIONS
As different situations arise, we create bespoke applications to suit. Here we have fully welded fitting and flange, with a non-return sampling tube rather than non-return fitting due to space constraints inside this wind turbine transformer cubicle

As we put our own springs into the non-return component to allow samples to pass at low pressures, each component is serial numbered and tested after the non-return is reassembled - vacuum and positive pressure.
